These are draft terms for the public EvidenceFact marketing website. They are not in effect. They are not a subscription agreement, an order form, or a contract for the EvidenceFact product.
EvidenceFact is the public brand of this website. Confidential Case Files LLC, a Texas limited liability company, is the operator. Governing law, venue, and a registered address remain unset until the owner and counsel confirm them.
The website and the product
The pages describe what EvidenceFact is being built to do. They are not a representation that every described capability is available, complete, or unchanged. Anything that depends on the product build is labeled as intended scope and still needs confirmation.
A private beta request does not create an account, reserve access, or form a customer agreement. It does not make the applicant a client of Confidential Case Files LLC for any other service.
No legal advice and no automatic admissibility
Content on this website is general information about the product’s intended use. It is not legal advice. EvidenceFact does not independently determine truth and does not automatically produce court-admissible evidence.
Use of the forms
You agree to submit only business contact details and a short description of your interest. You agree not to submit evidence, secrets, or confidential information about a matter, claim, investigation, or person.
You will not attempt to use this website to reach customer evidence, another customer’s account, or any non-public product system. Those systems are not connected to these pages.
Intellectual property
The EvidenceFact name, the mark on this site, and the page content are used by Confidential Case Files LLC as the operator of this website. This draft does not claim a trademark registration. You may not copy the site design or copy for your own product. Ordinary linking is welcome.
No warranty
The website is provided as a public preview and information source. Draft pages may change or be withdrawn. The site may be unavailable while it is being revised.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law that eventually governs these terms allows, Confidential Case Files LLC is not liable for decisions made in reliance on draft marketing content, or for information a visitor chooses to place in a form despite the instruction not to include confidential matter material.
